Who we serve

National Guard recruiting support

A recruiter spends Saturday at a school event and Monday in appointments. Who follows up with the people who asked for a call? Delta6 helps recruiting and retention teams assign those leads, keep track of the next conversation and see which sources produce enlistment contracts.

From the first inquiry to the next appointment

  1. Give each lead an owner. Keep the source, contact preference, assigned recruiter and next action together in your CRM. An event lead and a referral can then reach the right office even when they arrive on the same day.
  2. Make the handoff clear. When someone replies, the recruiter can see what they asked, when they want to talk and what follow-up they have already received. Your recruiters handle eligibility questions and enlistment decisions.
  3. Follow up between appointments. If an applicant misses a call, offer a way to reschedule. Log the reply, update the next action and stop outreach when someone opts out.

Use the recruiting lead follow-up guide for a sample handoff and rescheduling message.

What leadership sees each month

The scorecard follows leads from inquiry to first contact, appointment, application and enlistment contract. Compare leads from the same event or referral period and show how many are still in progress.

For example, if one school event produces plenty of inquiries but few appointments, check how long first contact took and how many leads had a recruiter assigned. That gives the team something specific to change before the next event.

The 90-day recruiting pilot

$12,500 flat. Kickoff within five business days of your order.

The pilot covers lead follow-up, recruiting office listings and a monthly scorecard. We check that candidates can find the correct office and contact details. At day 90, compare the scorecard with your starting numbers and decide what to continue.

Recruiter training, market maps and outreach ahead of reenlistment windows can be scoped separately. Explore all services or review the purchasing options.
