Public safety recruiting support
When a testing window opens, can your recruiters reach the people who asked about the job last month? Delta6 helps agency hiring teams follow up with applicants, confirm their next step and see where they lose people before an academy start or first shift.

Keep an interest list by role and hiring window. When your department releases a date, send interested candidates the approved signup link, deadline and contact for questions. Once someone registers, switch their follow-up to the appointment they booked.
Give the recruiter separate lists of people who still need to register, people who confirmed and people who missed the test. Someone who missed Tuesday’s session may need the next available date. Someone who already attended needs the next step from your team.
Use the recruiting lead follow-up guide for a sample handoff and rescheduling message.
Corrections and highway patrol academy starts
Work backward from the class date. For each applicant, record the last completed step, the person responsible for follow-up and the date of the next contact. Your hiring staff provide the approved instructions and make selection decisions.
Use the applicant drop-off guide to reconcile test attendance and academy starts for one hiring cycle.
Before the class starts, distinguish applicants waiting for a decision from those who accepted a place and need reporting instructions. For roles that start on shift, use the first scheduled shift as the milestone. Route questions about assignments or eligibility to the agency contact.
Where did applicants drop out?
Compare people from the same hiring window. Count how many expressed interest, registered, attended testing, accepted an offer and started. Show applicants still moving through the process separately from withdrawals.
For example, if 24 people register for a test and 18 attend, attendance is 75%. Checking what happened to the other six helps a recruiter decide whether to clarify the directions, offer another date or close the record. Those figures illustrate the calculation.
The 90-day recruiting pilot
$12,500 flat. Kickoff within five business days of your order.
The pilot includes lead follow-up, recruiting office listings and a monthly scorecard. We agree on the hiring window and the stages to track, check the office contact details candidates see, and compare progress with the starting numbers at day 90.
Offer-to-start check-ins and recruiter training can be scoped separately. Explore recruiting services or review purchasing options.
Request a briefing
Tell us which role you hire for, when your next test or class starts and where applicants tend to lose contact. We’ll use those details to prepare a written scope.
